Hi, I'm Francesca
I'm a person-centred therapist based in Cheshire, offering online and telephone therapy to adults (18+) across the UK.
I believe everyone deserves a supportive, confidential space where they can speak openly and be met without judgement. I work alongside you, supporting you to explore your thoughts and feelings as you make sense of your experiences and the challenges you're facing.
I offer therapeutic support to adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress or overwhelm, as well as challenges around self-esteem, relationships, or family life. I also work with people navigating loneliness, grief and loss, work-related pressures, and times of change or uncertainty.

Get in touch
Arrange a free 10–15 minute introductory call, or choose a 50-minute session time if you're ready.
Your first session
We’ll meet either online via secure video call or over the telephone for 50 minutes.
Ongoing support
If we're a good fit, we can continue meeting regularly. Weekly sessions often work best but we’ll find what suits you.
My approach
I work in a person-centred way, holding the belief that you are the expert on your own life.
Our work together is collaborative and led by you, shaped around what feels most important in the moment.
I aim to offer a space where you can think out loud, explore difficult feelings, and develop your own understanding, with the emphasis on you feeling heard, understood, and able to be yourself.
